Common questions before payment
A short overview of how the trial works, how access is activated, how renewals work, and where to ask payment questions.
How does the free trial work?
After registration, the user gets free trial access for 1 day and 5 GB of traffic. This is enough to check the dashboard and first setup before payment.
When does access activate after payment?
Payment is confirmed automatically and access then appears in the dashboard. In most cases this only takes a few minutes.
Which payment methods are available?
Planned payment methods include SBP, bank cards, and crypto. The currently available methods are always shown on the pricing page and on the payment screen.
Can I renew access later?
Yes. The subscription can be renewed from the dashboard without creating a new account. Access details stay in the same account.
How can I request a refund?
If payment was successful but access was not activated, or if the service does not work because of our side, contact support and we will review the case under the service rules.
