Payment & Refunds

This page describes the basic payment flow, access activation, and how refund requests are handled for the Blago digital service.

How payment works

The user selects a subscription term, proceeds to payment, and confirms the payment with the preferred method.

After confirmation, the payment is matched to the account and service access is activated automatically.

When access is activated

In most cases access appears in the dashboard within a few minutes after a successful payment.

If payment succeeded but access does not show up, refresh the dashboard and check the payment status first.

If payment succeeded but access did not appear

Contact support and include the account email, user ID, or any other detail that helps us find the account quickly.

We will verify the payment status and resolve the activation manually if the automated flow did not finish.

Refunds

If access was not provided or the service does not work because of an issue on our side, the user may contact support so we can resolve the case or review a refund.

Each request is reviewed individually with regard to whether digital access was already activated and the specific circumstances of the request.

Review period

We usually respond to payment and refund requests within a few business days.

If additional verification is required, we may ask for more details about the payment or the account.
